Move+ is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our application.
To provide our activity-based features, we collect the following types of data:
Fitness & Activity Data We access your device’s motion sensors and GPS to track distance, steps, and activity type such as Walking, Running, and Cycling.
Location Data We collect precise location data during activity sessions to verify movement, improve tracking accuracy, and help prevent fake or manipulated activity.
Account Information We collect basic account details such as your email address or login credentials.
App Install & Security Identifier To help prevent duplicate claims, abuse, or fraudulent activity, Move+ may create a random app-install identifier on your device. This identifier is hashed before being sent to our servers.
We do not collect IMEI, serial number, phone number, MAC address, advertising ID, private keys, seed phrases, or hardware device identifiers for this purpose.
Optional External Account Data If you choose to connect an external account, such as a digital wallet or connected account, we may collect a public identifier associated with that account.
We do not collect or store private keys, seed phrases, passwords, or sensitive credentials.
Shipping Information If you redeem physical rewards, we collect your name, phone number, and delivery address for delivery and fulfillment purposes.
We use your data for the following purposes:
Activity Tracking & Rewards To calculate and assign in-app rewards based on verified physical activity.
App Functionality To display your activity history, Gear, progression, rewards, and account status.
Reward Fulfillment To process and deliver physical rewards when redeemed.
Security & Fair Use To detect and prevent abuse such as fake GPS activity, duplicate reward claims, suspicious account activity, or fraudulent use of the app.
Account & Gear Verification To confirm connected accounts, verify Gear ownership, and prevent unauthorized or duplicate claims.
We do not sell your personal data.
We may share data only in the following cases:
Service Providers With trusted service providers that help us operate the app, process data securely, or fulfill physical rewards.
Delivery Providers If you redeem a physical reward, we may share your name, phone number, and delivery address with delivery providers.
External Systems If you choose to connect an external account, certain data may be associated with that system. These systems operate independently and may have their own privacy practices.
Legal or Security Reasons We may disclose information if required by law or if necessary to protect Move+, our users, or the integrity of the app.
Move+ uses a virtual reward system, including “Energy” and “ENR,” to support in-app features such as activity tracking, Gear progression, repair, upgrades, and rewards.

If you choose to connect an external account, certain digital assets or public activity may be associated with that account through third-party systems. Move+ does not control or guarantee the availability, display, indexing, or behavior of external systems.
Retention We retain your data only as long as necessary to provide our services, maintain account records, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations, and support app operations.
Deletion You may request account deletion at any time through the app. Personal data will be removed within 30 days, except where retention is required for legal, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or operational purposes.
Location Permissions You can enable or disable location tracking through your device settings. Some activity tracking and reward features may not work without location access.
Motion & Fitness Permissions You can enable or disable motion and fitness access through your device settings. Some tracking features may be limited without this access.
External Account Linking You may connect or disconnect external accounts where supported by the app.
Account Deletion You may request account deletion through the app or by contacting us.
We use reasonable security measures, including encryption in transit and secure data handling practices, to protect your information.
No system is completely secure, but we work to protect user data and reduce risks of unauthorized access, misuse, or abuse.
Move+ is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
If we learn that we have collected personal data from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete it.
